iThrive Youth Development Institute
The complete feature breakdown tier by tier, what every partner gets on every tier, and the whole process from the first call to launch day. Everything on this page is in the PDF.
Both paths build on the same four license tiers. Where you start depends on the capacity you are working with and the trainings you choose.
Stand with the mission
For businesses, nonprofits and community groups who want to champion youth without running programming themselves.
Youth programming partnership
For schools, districts, after-school, residential and community programs that want to run iThrive programming with their own youth.
Every adult serving youth completes iThrive training and passes a background check before they serve — no exceptions.
Ministry partnership
A partnership built around faith-based training for your ministry team, with the option to combine in other iThrive trainings as you grow into the platform.
Every leader or volunteer serving youth completes iThrive training and passes a background check before they serve — no exceptions.
These safeguards sit in every tier of every package. They are never optional and never an add-on.
64 platform capabilities are tracked here. Each card shows what the tier adds over the one below it, then every capability it includes.

Every capability in the platform, and what each tier includes. Where a tier is limited, the limit is named.
These are starting points while you're exploring. Seat counts, tier pricing and what your package includes are adjusted for your capacity and the trainings you choose — your proposal is put together with you on the consultation call.
The whole process, in the order it happens, with who does what and how long it takes.
Tell us your organization type, the capacity you are working with, the programming you want and the best times to reach you. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.
We walk through your site, your youth, your staffing and what you want to run. This is where the partnership shape is decided, including which trainings you want and whether you will run Certified Facilitator, iThrive Live or a hybrid.
You receive a written proposal: package, tier, youth and facilitator seats, the capabilities included, the process, and the timeline to launch.
The partnership agreement and MOU are reviewed and signed digitally in the portal. Billing is set up to match how you work (annual, monthly or invoiced on the 15th).
Your seats are issued, your portal is branded with your logo and name, and your organization admins are given access.
Your staff and volunteers complete iThrive Facilitator training through the Training Institute, self-paced or live, ending in the final assessment and a verifiable credential.
Background checks and youth-safety clearance are completed for every adult before they serve with youth. Nobody serves while clearance is pending.
Learning groups, rooms and spaces, rosters, guardian authorizations, medical notes and emergency contacts are set up in your portal.
Our team reviews safety, staffing, training, capacity, site requirements and documents against the launch checklist with you, and you sign off.
First session runs with the check-in desk live, parents connected, and checkout recaps going home the same day. Family reviews come back with the recap.
Attendance and progress reporting, scheduled partnership reviews, refreshers and renewals, plus growth planning each year as your capacity changes.
There is no tier to pick here. Tell us which partnership you're exploring, the capacity you're working with, and the best times to reach you. A member of our partnerships team will come back with an initial consultation and a proposal built around your organization.
