iThrive Youth Development Institute is seeking Thrive Coach candidates for our October 2026 certification cohort. This is not a volunteer role and not an informal mentoring position. It is paid, structured professional development that leads to a real credential: Certified Youth Development Practitioner (CYDP). Certified Thrive Coaches go on to facilitate iThrive's weekly cohort sessions and monthly Orbit™ and Circle™ experiences for youth ages 6 to 18 across three age-differentiated cohorts.
Facilitate hands-on STEM activities in our STEM Lab campus building. Guide members through coding, robotics, and science experiments.
Join our street team to spread the word about iThrive at community events, schools, and local gatherings. Help families discover our programs.
Support iThrive community events, family workshops, and campus celebrations. Help with setup, check-in, activities, and breakdown.
Serve on our Board Development Committee. Help guide fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community partnerships.
