Our Application Process


We value the power of connections and referrals within our community. As a referral-based organization, we welcome candidates who come recommended by our trusted partners, current team members, or community allies. However, we are also open to those who feel called to our mission and wish to bring their talents to iThrive.

Step 1: Referral or Direct Application

  • Referral: If you have been referred by a partner, current team member, or community ally, please ensure that their information is included in your application.

  • Direct Application: If you’re applying without a referral, we still encourage you to complete the application, as we value all who resonate with our mission.

Step 2: What to Expect After Submission

  1. Referral Verification: If you were referred, we will reach out to your contact to learn more about your fit with iThrive. For direct applicants, we’ll proceed directly to reviewing your application.

  2. Application Review: Our team will carefully review your application, focusing on your experience, skills, and alignment with our mission.

  3. Initial Interview: If your application meets our criteria, we will contact you to schedule an initial interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about iThrive.

  4. Orientation and Training: Successful applicants will be invited to join our team and will undergo orientation and training to ensure you are fully prepared to contribute to our programs.

  5. Onboarding: After completing orientation and training, you will officially join the iThrive Inc. team and start making a difference in the lives of young people.
